Remind yourself of all fear, anxiety and pain Your weak body endured during the solemn Easter period before your sacrifice on the Cross.
Remember how you after having prayed three times, bathed in sweat and blood, how you been betrayed by Judas, Thy disciple, arrested by the people of a nation that You had chosen and elevated, accused by false witnesses, unjustly judged by three judges while you are still young.
Remind you how putting off your cloak and instead dressed in ridicule garment, how your face and your eyes were connected, how you were tortured and crowned with thorns, had a rod in your hands, and the violence that you were beaten with bound at a pillar, how you were lavished with dusks and atrocities.
Let me, who want to honor all these pains and sufferings which You endured before Your sufferings on the Cross began, before I die get a true contrition, make a sincere and complete confession, meritorious indemnify and be freed from all my sins. Amen.

Prayer for protection

Jesus Christ, You eternal Goodness for those who love Thee, joy that surpasses all joy and what we can long for. You, salvation and hope for all sinners. you who have shown that you do not have a greater desire than to be there with us. When the time came, assumed also human nature till the end of love for all people.
Remind you of the suffering you have endured from the moment you conceived especially for your suffering and death as it was appointed and ordained from eternity in the divine plan. Remind you, Lord, you gave your disciples Your Sacred Body and Your Precious Blood at the Last Supper then you washed their feet, and that while the same time tenderly consoled them, foretold your coming suffering.
Remind you the despair and bitterness that you experienced in your soul when you have bore witness by saying, "My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death".

Min Gud , jag ångrar av hela mitt hjärta mina synder och avskyr dem , ty genom att synda har jag inte bara förtjänat de straff som Du rättvist har bestämt utan framför allt har jag också kränkt Dig. Du, det högsta goda . Därför gör jag nu den bestämda föresatsen att med din nåd inte mera synda och undvika  framtida tillfällen till synd. Amen.

Blessed be the Holy and Immaculate Virgin Mother of God, Mary's conception. Mary, the Divine Love Queen, Mother of Priests and protector, pray for us. God our Father, we ask You to send us holy priests of Jesus, the Holy Eucharistic Heart's sake and for Mary's sorrowful and Immaculate Heart sake, united with the Holy Joseph. Amen.
